Travelling is one of life's best teachers and its one of the things I love to do most.  Through it, I discovered my passion for photography.  When I came home, I found myself spending a great deal of time and effort putting albums together with all of the notes I had taken to tell the story of my experiences and share them with others.  It was actually my trip to South Africa in 2008 and the picture I took of a butterfly that made me realize I wanted to become a photojournalist.  So, here I am at Loyalist College in the second and last year of my program. I've learned so much already and this is just the beginning!
